Fennelly’s Irish Pub
At Fennellys' we pride ourselves in serving a combination of American and Irish foods. We have different menu items ranging from burgers and steaks to Irish favorites like corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew and shepherd's pie. Fennellys' even has a kids menu for the little ones. All of this is set in a cozy atmosphere with a friendly staff. Fennellys' has a full bar with Guinness and Harp on tap. We currently have 11 beers on tap, over 30 different kinds of domestic and specialty bottled beer, mixed drinks, and wine by the glass or the bottle. We also have an open kitchen so you can watch our certified chef prepare your food.
History of the Pub
Established in 2008 Fennellys' Irish Pub is owned and operated by Tim and Trisha Finley. Tim and Trisha bought the building where Fennellys' is located in September of 2007 and started immediately on a 9 month renovation. The interior of the building was completely gutted and rebuilt. With help from friends and family, Fennellys' Irish Pub opened its doors on May 19th 2008.
One of the more unique features of Fennellys' Irish Pub is our hand built bar with over 300 Irish coins embedded in it. Our open kitchen allows customers to watch our chefs prepare their food, and our open design creates a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. A casual lounge area, complete with leather sofas and slate topped coffee tables are a great place to relax with friends, or use the free wireless Internet connection.
Through the years the building has been the home to a wide variety of business and services including a wellness center, church, senior meal center, Sears store, ASCS office, and local school offices.
History of the Name
Fennellys' Irish Pub gets its name from the original Irish spelling of Finley. The name Fennelly was changed to Finley when William Fennelly immigrated to the United States in the 1890. The Finley family is proud to say that we are still in contact with our Irish relatives.
