Katie Mullen’s Irish Pub and Restaurant

Katie Mullen's is Denver's largest and newest premium Irish Restaurant and Bar incorporating four themed areas. Katie Mullen's showcases a mixture of the old world charm infused with a modern take on the modern Irish bar. With ownership based out of Carrick-on-Shannon in Ireland, a pension for excellence ensures the highest standards have been instilled from fitout to operational standards to food and drink offerings.

Katie Mullen's menu is extensive and will appeal to all taste buds as it infuses some delightful Irish dishes while also entertaining American classic dishes. All of our traditional Irish breads are baked on-premise, and our food is prepared fresh daily with all products sourced locally. Under the watchful eye of Executive Chef John Ruane, batches of Irish stew, Sheperds pie and other Irish classics are prepared daily along with the daily batch of home made soda and brown bread.

Katie Mullen's four themed areas include the magnificent Victorian Bar, the bustling Gaelic bar, the reflective Pharmacy room and the traditional "snug" like Shop bar. All areas are themed with distinctive features with emphasis placed on the hand carved mahogany and Oak counters and back bars. All furniture was sourced and shipped from Nugent and Gibney in Ireland and entails a 12 top high table in the Victorian bar and a 10 top bench style mahogany table in the Pharmacy bar.

Live entertainment is showcased on Thursday and Sunday nights while Friday and Saturday nights are left to the ever talented Miss Qwyla Mae, our resident D.J.

All sporting events are shown on our 12 LCD TV's which allow comfortable viewing from every seat in the house. From GAA to Premiership Soccer to Basketball we can ensure that all sport fans get to watch the game they want with audio.

Katie Mullen's can facilitate large or small group bookings from 50 to 550 with reserved private areas. The unique design incorporating the Victorian, Gaelic, Shop and Pharmacy bar areas provides the setting for a journey that will make you glad that you called in to say hello to Katie!
