More than just a bar, Finn McCools brings the true feeling of the "pub" to New Orleans. Finn McCools clientele features an assortment of characters from retirees, locals, Irish/Scottish/English ex-pats, college students and even the odd celebrity sightings. The pub features a great staff that include Where Y'At's bartenders of the year for the past three years. Customers are known by name and drinks are served without even asking. This is also the best place to catch your English Premier League game with the pub opening early every weekend.

A true Irish pub. won best neighborhood bar 2 years in a row. Bar sponsor 2 local soccer teams, 1 softball team, also host darts and pool leagues. Great sports bar - especially soccer and saints games. Local tv stations have televised from Finns many times for sports events. Owners were born in Ireland so there is a strong Irish feel. Very community oriented establishment, like a family. Very diverse group of people mostly middle aged, lots of people from England, Ireland, Scotland.
